I need to reorder the guestbook fields to:

Username
email
subject

But I can't find the file where the form is constructed. Can anyone point it to me?

Hi, this can be done in template of guestbook:

components/com_phocaguestbook/vies/guestbook (or phocaguestbook in Joomla! 1.5) /tmpl/ ...
