Not Creating Thumbnails

When my component gets to the page its supposed to create thumbnails , it freezes and just has a white screen. It doesnt create thumbnails and my pictures dont show up. Please help as quick as possible.

Hi,
did you enable Pagination Thumbnail Generation?
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Options --> Main --> Thumbnail Generation Settings -->
Pagination Thumbnail Generation=Yes
Save & Close
