I download the "cs-CZ.com_phocagallery.j17.zip" but there is only a ini file and i can not install without xml file.

Hi,
1. unzip cs-CZ.com_phocagallery.j17.zip local on your pc.
2. you will get cs-CZ.com_phocagallery.ini file
3. Copy this file into the following destination:

• administrator/language/cs-CZ/ folder and
  language/cs-CZ/ folder on your server.

4. Set Czech as your default Joomla! language for front- and backend.
