Problem with category creation in Phoca Gallery 3.1.1

Do the new site on J1.7.3 with Phoca Gallery 3.1.1
When creating the first category, system displays error: "Category must have title"
In fact, I, of course, enter the name of category.
What's wrong?
Why can't create a category?
May be, anyone is confronted with such problem?
