Hi all,

I got the following error on my guestbook on www.dedorreholsteins.nl/gastenboek

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 40 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/dedorreholsteins.nl/httpdocs/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysql.php on line 462

After some googling I noticed this error occurs more on the gallery plugin.
But I am unable to find a solution for the guestbook plugin.

Hi, your site does not have memory for running Joomla! component, normally there should not be such problem for Phoca Guestbook as there are no specific memory demands like e.g. by Phoca Gallery - so you can resize memory limit on your site or check other extensions loaded the same time (template, plugins, modules) if there is no memory problem

Is there a way to increase the memory or do I have to contact my provider for this?

Hi, this needs to be done on server side, so you need to contact your provider.
