Hello !

Maybe someone else asked this question, but I don't finde it.

My problem is recenly if I upload images in Media manager appears correctly , but in Phoca the thubnails are white and also whwn I open an image is white too, but if I download it it's OK.

What can be the problem. Last week I upload some other pictures an thats are OK.

It looks like there are no thumbnails created for these images. Check your settings and create the thumbnails for these pictures. By the way, they are not white, but white with a gray circle with a diagonal gray line, indicating there is no thumbnail for the picture.

If you can't get the thumbnails to create, the folder settings are probably not OK. Try uploading the images again using the Phocagallery multiple file upload. This will take care of the folder settings and the thumbnail creation.
