Phoca stucks during thumbnails creation

Hi guys,
first of all: cool plugin!
it worked perfectly, till once i try to create thumbs from my company computer and i guess the firewall blocked the create.
And since then it doesnt create any thumbs. (At least this is my feeling...)
i tried to switch off and on again (from options) and everytime i go back to pictures he just showing me the stop command and nothing else. this is the html:
i also tried to remove and recreate the pictures, but he got stuck again.
i even copied some pictures again to a different path on the server -> same result.
is there a known bug dealing with the count of thumbs to create? or is there a cache which i can empty?
i really dont want to reinstall or re-copy the pictures, because it took me 2 hours because of the poor upload speed...
