can I avoid spam with an 'if statement'?

Hi and thanks for the phoca guestbook that we use with good experience. Our only problem is much too much spam lands there - then someone told me just to add an 'if statement' stating that if not from .dk or .com then ignore and don't post. But I don't know exactly how or where - can anybody help, then I would be grateful :)

Hi, for now I have no experiences, you need to somehow detect ip and check if it is danish ip (but ips can be faked )

Try to do all possible settings described here:
