Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted

I've researched this extensively and have found no solution in the forum or googling. If we go to create a category in the administrator panel, we get the following error:
[Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77 bytes) in /home/st4ging/public_html/ourwebsite/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysql.php on line 462]

We are running joomla 1.5 and the latest phoca version for 1.5

The server is set for 64MB of memory (Even tested it at 128MB) and nothing.

Very frustrating...and I totally want to use the gallery. Any ideas here?

Hello,

I read all tipps to this topic, but I can't find a solution for my problem.
the error occurs, when I start in the backend the Pictureoverview, not while uploading or creating thumbs.

Yes, it can be that I switched the pagination to all pics - maybe the reason. But who can help me that I can solve this problem?

Hi, see above the links (there is no other advice then described in the articles :-( ), try to set all Phoca Gallery settings to recomended - see info page of Phoca Gallery in administration.
