How to show only 2 or 3 thumbs from Picasa

My problem is that i want to show only 2 or 3 thumbs from my external Picasa album.
When clicking the image it should open in Lightbox
But I don't know how to limit it. When I set Limit start/count, then 2 or 3 images are shown in the module, but when opening in Lightbox I can't click ALL the images
On the demo page there is exactly what I need.
Joomla 1.5.23
PhocaGallery Com Version 2.8.0
PhocaGallery Image Mod Version 2.7.5
Which settings do I have to make in the module to realize my wish?
