Hi, there is no such option for this in parameters, so depends where you want to change it.
E.g. in category view:
components/com_phocagallery/views/category/view.html.php
components/com_phocagallery/views/category/tmpl/default.php ...

I see a option where i can make a link but then there will come a icon but i dont like it i will a link on the thumnail.
When the people on my site click on the uploaded button(thumnail) then they have to go to
http://www.google.nl. When the people now click on the button(thumnail) then they go to the slimbox they can see a biggerest image.

There is nothing to "fix"...
What you want seems to be something, that is not supported by Phoca Gallery. If you still want to do it, you have to make the changes in the code yourself. If you are not up to php editing (and for what I understand) also Databasechanges, you should probably look for a different solution.
If you do try it, you are welcome to ask for specific help, but I suppose questions like "what exactly do I need to do" will not be answered...
On the other hand, I might be completely off...
