Is there any possibility to add and download files in TIFF format to Phoca Gallery??

No, I meant Phoca gallery. It does not seem to support TIFF files.
I solved it however by using Phoca download on TIFF files.

Ok, yes Phoca Gallery only support PNG, GIF and JPG.
