Uploaded file won't show up in frontend

We've had a designer build our site. When I upload files they don't appear in the front-end. Actually, some do ---> If you look at our site you'll see that I can upload to "Worksheets and Lessons" but not to "Ant identification key". I can't get hold of the designer, so need your help!
