I cannot see Component

Hi, I have uploaded Phoca Download Component to a new Joomla 1.7 install. It installed fine and looks great from the front end. My problem is I cannot access it from the back-end. It is not listed under the components Menu so I cannot seem to find it but I know that it is there and it seems to be working fine (I can download files I placed in it when I view from the front-End). Any ideas why I cannot see it in the components menu?
