Hello,

I'm using Phoca Maps 2.0.1 with Joomla 1.7.

There is a problem to visualize correctly the map and the marker.
All the transparency is not working.... as you can see in the image.

Please... any idea....??

hi, try to test it with some other template, try to test other browser, mostly this is a google maps api question, as the map with the marker is rendered by this api.

Yes, when I use another template then the marker is visualized ok.
I'm trying to solution it. I look the css from the template and google api.... I'm becoming a bit crazy and I don't find where is the conflict.

I suppose that there is a css class or property that is in conflict between template and google api, no?

Could you or somebody give some directions where to search?? Where could be the problem??

Hi, no experiences, I think you need to go through all the template css and try to find the problem step by step

Please tell me... do you use maybe a Gavick template? I have that same problem with Musicity template from gavick.

Yes, I'm using a Gavick template... concretely "gk black and white". And I need to continue using this template.

If someone knows where is the problem... please tell us.

Problem solved today

I've noticed that the Phoca map was inheriting the site CSS so the fix ...

<div id=""></div>

... with no id the site css was overridden because the Div was calling an id which doesn't exist

Hello,
Been looking endlessly for the solution to this problem here with no results. Has a solution been found yet? The description shows up in the lightbox but not the image. I am using JA Sulfur template and also have a problem displaying the google map in articles via the emebd code provided after you create the map.

Help is greatly appreciated.
