Firstly I think phoca gallery is Awesome its my first choice for any image gallery..
But on 1 site only (i have it installed on many perfectly) im getting an issue.
Ive searched the forum and google and phocagallery docs for answers but not found a solution.

Without sefurls everything works perfect.. link to galleries is
http://www.yorkmarina.co.uk/index.php?o ... &Itemid=53
With sefurls link is
http://www.yorkmarina.co.uk/gallery.html
but this gives the 404 component not found error.

Everything else on the site is working fine apart from this and im at a dead end on how to fix it.
Ive uninstalled the component and resinstalled, over-wrote all joomla core files etc
htaccess file is same as every other successful installation
Joomla and phocagallery are both up to date.
I turned on error reporting to max but no issues are showing

Did you create a menu link to Phoca Gallery Component?

Yes the link I posted is the menu link created in menu manager.

only one more idea here...
Try to save your created menu link once more.
Sometimes this helps.
