Hi, I am pretty new to Joomla and Phoca Gallery...

When a user upload a series of picture, how can he display these picture so it can be seen by others

Hi
in your backend administrator page go to the control panel of the component phocagallery.
Use the button 'Parameters' (on the upper right sight of the screen).
Scroll down do 'Upload Settings'
set 'Enable User Upload Image Authorization' to NO.
NO means: the user can upload images and he/she needs no authorization by the admin of the page.
YES means: Any uploaded image by the user needs post-authorization by the admin.
