Do not make the changes saved in the preferences!
For example:
Category View setttings (Image list) / / Border Color: # 999999
This also appears in the database, table components in the field as border_color PhocaGallery = # 999999.
But I see the border when I update the page!
I not only about the borders, also with other items, for example: overlib Effect Settings, disable it but still appears.
Clean cache, update ... Nothing changes.
