Module appears only occasionally! How to FIX ?

Hello,
I have a problem with the module: Phoca Gallery Random Image Module
Module is shown only in the
main categories and
sub-categories!
But is NOT shown in the
sub-sub-categories, sub-sub-sub-categories and
images detail view....!
How can I fix it?

Hi, disable SEF on your site and check if the itemid of the site is the same for all links you have mentioned and if the module is enabled for all the menu links in Joomla!

Hello,
i have Custom SEF URLs: 888 and it's very important to my web site.. i combine every different itemid in one url.
Module is enabled only for Phoca Gallery Component.
I just enable module for all site and its showing well, but i want to show it only in Phoca Component ! Please Help to fix the problem !

Hi, if it is displayed OK if it is displayed on all pages, no idea then, maybe this is some problem with modules feature ???

When i set ID 2 (Phoca Component ID in my website) of links in Artio Component and its ok now.
