Multiple Add problem

Hello
I'm having this problem.
I have installed joomla 1.6. put com_phocagallery_v3.0.2.zip.
Installation went well. it seemed everything works. but when going to upload photos (Multiple Add) then do not respond, buttons do not work. click on them and nothing happens.
writes down You browser doesn't have Flash installed. but I is Flash.
I reinstalled Joomla, did various versions 1.6.1, 1.6.2, 1.6.3, 1.6.4, 1.6.5 but the result is not given.
com_phocagallery_v3.0.1_beta.zip set but the same problem.
when put Joomla 1.7 everything worked, but I need it Joomla 1.6.
can anyone help solve this problem?

Try to recheck if there is no javascript error while uploading
