Facebook Comment - I can't select user or AP ID

Hi, Guys.. sorry again.
I have installed phoca gallery and using the facebook comment -- for full articles. This is working fine. I am also trying to use the facebook comment within individual images..... this is where the problem is..
The section "Facebook User (App ID)" -- there is a drop down/pull down where it s says "select facebook user".... I click on that one and I have nothing to choose from.. also.. I can't manually put the app id?? I just migrated from 1.5 to current version of joomla. Phoca version 3.01 (gallery)
