Hi,
i have uploaded the image in the folder ( phocagallery/whater) i am able to see the image there. when try to multipe add image and enter all the info, and click( save) a whit page comes.
pleas help

"Then you need to tell Phoca Gallery that these images are there. Go to Joomla » Admin » Components » Phoca Gallery » Images, and choose [Multiple Add]. You will see all of the folders you created of the Categories (Birthdays, Holidays etc.). Tick the folders, and then click [Save]. You will see a screen showing the thumbnails being created. If problems occur, see this article"

i did all as above, But when i click [Save] i dont see thumbnail being created. I only see a white page.

I have the same problem with phoca Gallery 3.0.1 running on Joomla 1.6.5.

If i start creating a new image the form shows up, where all the information (name, category, file etc.) is entered. There i can select via the button to choose or upload a new file. (Creating thumbnails is working fine).
But if i click now Save or Save and New or Save and Close only a blank page appears and no image is saved (Image Tabs remains empty)
If i reload the blank page the (empty) add picture form is displayed. The same error appears with "multipe add". Uploading files and thumbnailcreation works but "Save" results in a blank page.

Can you provide any help. I tested it with Firefox, Chrome, and IE9. After the first installation i recieved the SQL errors described in the forum but reinstallation solved the sql problem. Tried reinstallation a few times now but the blank page error stays.

I have the same problem!!! Joomla v 1.6.4 (RU) & Phoca Gallery v 3.0.1 a new image is not created - blank screen
