I am finding that the popup images are not centered in the window on Firefox and IE. Even the controll are of center.

You can have a look here http://clydeauctions.sunwebcms.com/inde ... y&Itemid=5 and click on any of the images.

Any suggestions on how to correct this problem?

I am using the latest version of Phoca Gallery as well as Firefox and IE

Hi, check your site in standard template, this seems like template issue, search this forum as it is described here (what needs to be customized in the non standard template to not set some default values which can broke design of other parts on the site)
