Hallo,
my English is bad so i try in german.
Das Feld Title wird nicht angezeigt sondern COM_PHOCAGUESTBOOK_SUBJECT
Dieses Problem habe ich auch bei den Parametern des Gästebuches ( COM_PHOCAGUESTBOOK_FIELD_REPORT_LABEL )

Kann man das korrigieren?

Hi, yes the title (which was confusing) was changed to subject.

So the german language needs to be updated. There are cca 11 new strings to be translated for 2 Stable.
