default category access rights

if a Publisher is creating a new category in the Front end - the access right a are set automatically to "register users". is there a way ot set this rights by default to public?

Hi, if user create a gallery in frontend it is set as public.

Hi - thanks for your anwer
Ok i checked again.. what I meant is what is named in German in Phoca Gallery back end stetting as: "Zugangsrechte" - "Alle registrieten Mitglieder"... I´m not sure what this setting is for anyway because I just realised that all pictures can viewed public with this setting... so the settings are ok as they are... ??

Hi, you can set rights in Access field, if there is public, then the second "access for selected users" takes not effect
