Flash Uploader not working

Hello,
Flash multi-uploader is not working either on Safari, IE, Chrome, or Firefox. I have everything pretty much updated and am working with J1.6. I get the same message on every browser saying that I don't have Flash installed on my browser when I DO. I had Java enabled, I disabled it now, but it makes no difference.
