File Security

Hello,
first thing -> this is a very cool component. Next thing, I don't get it how to secure the files. When I upload pics and want that some users could download the original, then I have to keep the original image files. But in this case everybody can download them when they put the right direct link in the browser.
Same for the thumbnails, I does not matter if I set access rights only for registered, if a non registered user puts the link to the thumb file in the browser then this user will get the file.
How could I stop this?
