Registered users cannot access to menu

hi all,
I have a problem with phoca download access permission.
I have created a section, a category and a file with access right: registered.
Then I have create a menu Phoca Download ยป Section with access right: registered
When i login with a registered user, and I click the menu, it redirect me to the homepage writing that "I'm not authorized to view the resource", while when I login with the Superadmin I can enter the menu, download file, etc...
So, where is my error? How should I set my parameters?
Probably this is a common mistake, can anyone send me the link to any discussion where this problem is solved?
