Is there away to change the load size, that is allowed from like 3MB to like 4MB I have a couple of pictures that are just over the 3MB limit that can't be loaded though the site, I tried to change the size in the php file that controls it or well that I though controlled it but that did not work.

Any help on this would be great.

try: Phoca Gallery Control PAnel -> Options -> User.
find "Maximal Upload Size (in bytes - front, admin upload)" and change size -)
