I think that it's good that with upload option only for registered users can show a similar message than function with submit a comment:

Only registered and logged in users can submit a comment

For example:

Only registered and logged in users can upload photos

With this, manys users do a registration process and this function not pass unnoticed.

Hi Jan, I don't understand your reply. Is releated with my attached image or with my idea?

I remember that a few days ago, I said you that this upload form is showed for public users and registered users but in backend I select that only registered users can upload a form. Later, you change it and delete all upload form for public users. I think that most interesant thing is that instead of removing the form, displays a message that says:

"Only registered users can upload images"

Yes, then maybe it needs to have some new value in parameter:

- display folder with message if there is no upload form
- don't display folder if there is no upload form (no permissions)
