Hi,
I have this trouble..Phoca Gallery is not installed and blank page is displayed
I followed the procedure, using ftp installing file, but this procedure is for joomla 1.5
and it's not working fine with 1.6
tables are not created in the DB

Hi, you should enable error reporting to see what was wrong while installing.

FTP installation: unzip the installatio file, copy it to your server tmp folder and go to extension manager and install the component from directory.

how can I enable error reporting and where can I find the logs?

I did the ftp installation, but it was not running well and this procedure is not explained phoca gallery 3.00rc4, folder are not the same..

now I have this message:
Erreur de construction des menus de l'administration

module is installed, but no menu in administration

There are guides how to enable the menu.

this record does not exist, the line in the table has not been created during the installation.

Do you have the SQL request to create the administrator menu?

I can retrieve the admin typing: http://www.mysite/joomla16/administrato ... ocagallery

but no link in the admin/component menu..
