Missing tab - Invoice, Delivery Note, Receipt

I did everything like the manual said. But i do not see the Tab as it is suppost to be. I included a screenshot.
Is there maybe someone who knows the answer?

Hi, it looks like you didn't add the language strings into a common language file...
