I can´t see the Downloadbutton in Frontend editor. Why?

As Admin , I use the Editor to add direkt links to PDF´s in Content. My Publisher can´t see the Button in your Editor. Why?

Is it possible to show the ID of the files in the Frontend Upload screen?
Then the authors can use this ID of the uploaded file to complete the {phocadownload} tag in the new article.
When I looked in the source, there once was an ID printed...

Hi, somehwere in this forum, there is a guide how to customize it, the item->id (or similar - I don't know the right code) will be added with new column into the table.
