Great Product and works (mostly) great. When we have a multi-page article to be printed, ALL pages except the last show an upside down, squished footer image (we are *only* using an image). The header image on *all* pages is OK. The last page, both header and footer looks OK.

Hi, hmm, really no idea why this images is displayed there, did you paste it into footer in parameters?
