Geotagging & camera info in modal popup not working properly

Hi there,
First of all I want to thank you for this incredible component!
It's amazing to have so much functionality and flexibility in a free component!
I do have an issue though. When clicking on a Geotagging or Camera Information button in the frontend, a modal pop-up appears and it shows the requested map/info. However it also shows the entire website (head, background, menus, etc.)! The strange thing is that it didn't do that at first, when I just installed Phoca Gallery. But after I went ahead and configured the component to meet my needs (setting the Paramaters, making categories, created thumbnails, etc.) this issue occured.
I'm unable to figure out what setting caused this behaviour.
I enabled debug in Global Confiuration, but it didn't show anything useful.
I tried resetting all parameters, but to no avail.
I even tried changing my website template to a standard one, but it made no diference.
Can anyone help me?
