Error reporting in RC2

This should be fill in a old way, since is regarding only the file administrators, eg. Mail form to the specified list of email addresses.
The current option with some modification can be used for (per download bug tracking). But what for the User 2 wanna see that User 1 is reported a missing download as missing (broken).

Hi, the idea is, the reprort should goes directly to admin (he can see it in administration or get it per mail) so he can fix it soon. In fact, you can modify the Phoca Guestbook which will display possible reports, but I think, mostly because of spam, the reports should be displayed for admin only who should find fix immediately.

Best method is mail, most ppl which maintain huge file sections (300 and more files) use POP3 mail accounts, not Googlish/Hotmailish way of logging, reading spam, advertises. POP3 is like RSS, instant notification, so if the administrator works something else, or even watch a movie, he will get the notification in the moment of sending it. Don't see a need to use 2 components for a single task.
