I wonder if you can put a progress bar

I am wondering the same thing. Is there a way to put a progress bar for uploads and downloads that would indicate how much of the file has actually been uploaded or downloaded as it is uploading or downloading instead of just a rotating indicator?

There is progressbar by multiple upload feature, e.g.

But mostly this should solve the browser, it displays it.

The chrome displays the progress bar by downloads and uploads (percentage) for me, e.g.

Thank you for your response. I am referring to the front end. I am using 1.5.22 and 1.3.7 Phoca Download I don't see a progress bar. There is no multi upload in this version is there?

Hi, no, in this version, there is no multiupload (because of obsolete version of mootools in Joomla! 1.5)
