creation category error

Hi,
I use a Joomla 1.6 with phoca download 2.00 RC and I have next problem:
When I create new category, system print this error code:
Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /administrator/components/com_phocadownload/models/phocadownloadcat.php on line 155
Category is created, looks like it works, but link to subcategories from front end does´nt works. I uninstalled and reinstalled component again but no success. I tested it on server and on my PC (XAAMP LITE) too, but same error.

Do not use XAMP/WAMP and others windows web environment based on PHP 5.3. 5.3 version is testing and also known as unstable, bugs reported from such versions of PHP is called SPAM in other forums.
If you wanna help testing Phoca Extensions and reporting bugs, use Hosting Provider such as Siteground or Lunar-Pages or whatever exist in you country - commercial hosting.
Or Windows server with similar to Hosting Providers settings.
PHP 5.2.xx
Apache 2.2 or 2.0, not 2.1
with enabled Zlib, Curl and GD2 (build-in)
You can build your own testing enviroment with any of the top 10 linux distributions such as Linux Mint or Ubuntu or Debian, or Fedora, or Cent OS and Virtual Box.
Joomla! and Phoca Extensions are created on PHP 5.2 and for PHP 5.2.
There is no such errors in creating categories/sub categories on
PHP 5.2.13
MySQL 5.0.91

This error message is not from local machine but from hosting - server runnig on FreeBSD 8.1 and PHP version is 5.2.14

Then check the ownership and the permissions of the root foolder, phocadownload/
On some systems, u manually have to set (insecure) 777 for some folders, such as TMP, Downloads or PhocaDownload/, Images/ and to each sub-folder.

I check permissions on phocadownload folder and I have it standard 755, i test with 777 but no success

Hello and thank you for your work,
I too am having problems with the J1.6 version on localhost and creating a category.
I get the following message
Save failed with the following error: CATEGORY MUST HAVE A TITLE.
I also have 500 -- an error has occured for the
Licence, Statistics, and Users Menus.
