Control Panel Error

When I try to create any new item in Phoca Gallery it produces an error.
Categories error

Users
Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/billbrow/public_html/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysql.php on line 344
Since I cannot create Categories, of course, I cannot add images.
