Titel not required does not work

Hi,
i installed your guestbook und now I have a small problem.
A user can't write a message if he doesn't fill out the lines "title", "name", and "e-mail-address".
I disabled this options in the backend but it had no effekt.
Why?

ich habe das Gästebuch installiert und ein kleines Problem.
Ein Benutzer kann keine Nachricht schreiben ohne den "Titel", "Name" oder "E-Mailadresse" auszufüllen.
Ich habe die Option im Backend schon deaktiviert aber ohne Erfolg.
