No name shown in the post

Hi,
I'm using the Phoca Guestbook 1.4.4 and everything works fine except 1 thing:
When someone write a message in my guestbook, the message is shown, but you can't see the name (front-end) who posted the message. It's only viewable in back-end of joomla.
And yes i've enabled the show name setting in the guestbook back-end settings
Someone who can help?
