Download doesn't work

Hi, I get 404 error when accesing https://www.phoca.cz/phocaguestbook , and I'm not able to find download link anywhere. Could you please point me to the right direction? Thanks
Hi, Phoca is running on low cost server, now the server has some problems. I am rebuilding now the download section, please be patient.
