Hi,
This problem is with my server, or the Phoca Gallery?
This is a problem with the php-settings of your server. Contact your ISP to get help.
Kind regards,
Benno

Support said:

We need to know to be changed for you to utilize this component.
We can not evaluate every code you get and do tests on it. The server is in operation and this could leave out general service.

Got it?
What can they do? Change anything?

Thanks.

Hi,
What can they do? Change anything?
See requirements: https://www.phoca.cz/phocagallery
PHP 4.4.1 (or any later version) with GD library (graphics library for thumbnails creation).
And if you want to display the Exif-Informations of your images, your ISP have to install the Exif-Extension on your server.
Kind regards,
Benno

It is strange that, because the PHP version is 5.3.4, ie not the culprit.
I came into contact with the support and added the details above, I am awaiting their return.

Thanks.
