Refresh Captcha not working

Hi,
everything works excellent and works like it should be, except the refresh button for captcha.
If a user haves doubts with what he is reading, and wants another captcha, users pushes on refresh button and where the captcha box whas showing, it would disapear and showing the word captcha code instead of the captchabox.
I have joomla 1.5.22 with the lastes phoca guestbook.
