Hi, documentation was not written yet (because of time issue).
In phoca download, users can upload images in the frontend, you can set if their images will be uploaded as not authorized (you need to authorize them before displaying) or as authorized (will be displayed after upload). Because it was new feature, all old files were set as not authorized, to display them in the front, all needs to be authorized.
