Is it possible to set up different categories with different settings? I have my gallery set up with a Video folder and an Images folder, however for the images I use lightbox which will not play embeded youtube videos. The only way to play youtube is to use a different setting, or more reliably no pop up at all.

The problem is, I still want the images to open with lightbox. The only option I have is no videos or no lightbox...

Is there a way around this?

Hello, I believe you can do:
1. Create a menu in menus.
2. Create submenus, which will be their categories.
3. For each submenu you can put a different view of phocagallery, and further define the features.
4. Create a module and set menus for this menu.

I have phoco gallery set up slightly different to most people and have the main category view named Media Gallery and 3 separate categories named images, video and audio with their own sub categories within them. Then I have Media Gallery linked on the main menu with a drop down going directly to images, video or audio.

The problem is, most people are going to click the Media Gallery link which is set to no image viewer, just the embeded one so that the videos will work. However if you click the image gallery link in the drop down menu it will then open in slimbox.

Not only is that a problem but I use the plugin to embed images into articles which still open with no image viewer.

Anyone?

I want the image gallery to open in slimbox and the video and audio gallery to open with no style, embeded in the page.

Hi, I think this must be customized, but no advices there (no experiences there )
