Muchas gracias por responder. Al principio pensaba que era error mio pero instale solo joomla y phoca gallery 2 o 3 veces y cree esas 150 categorias a mano siempre, todo va perfecto pero cuando sobrepasas las 150 o 200 entre categorias y subcategorias deja de aparecer el listado.

Ya encontre el error, lo que pasa que al tener categorías y subcategorías vacias sin imágenes, no las muestra, me puse a hacer unas pruebas con un nuevo joomla y phocagallery, cree varias capertas principales y al cargar joomla no aparecia nada exepto el powered by Phoca Gallery, me fui a preferencias y mirando vi la opción de ver categorías vacias. La active y ya todo funciona correctamente.
