I created a test gallery after reading documentation and watching demonstrations on youtube.

What does this error mean and how to I deal with it?

Here's the html code for the gallery. I went to the directory on the server using ftp and the thumbnail images are there. So I don't understand why the image resize function cannot find them.

Prague:
The name Prague is derived from an old·Slavic root,·praga, which means “ford”, referring to the city's origin at a crossing point of the Vltava River. · It still boasts beautiful bridges and architecture, having been spared much of the destruction of World War II and only accidentally bombed late in the war.·

Hi, seems like you have some permissons or ownership problem so getimagesize cannot read information from the images, the path to image seems like it is correct
