On Phocagallery it is possible to allow members to post comments on photos or categories.

But when someone or post a comment you end up with the following message:

You Have Already Submitted how

Do you have an idea or a parade for everyone to post as many comments as he wishes?

Hi, then just use external commenting system like JComments of Facebook comments
