since i upgraded new items in the guest book get auto published

i cant find where to define so it will be published only with admin approval

please advice

backend --> Components --> Phoca Guestbook --> Phoca Guestbook Control Panel --> Parameters --> General Settings -->
Review Message=Yes
Save your settings!
